An Exclusive Affair
Working in the financial services industry as both a marketing specialist and graphic designer, I discovered that marketing teams interact with every department within the financial institution. They also play a crucial role in helping accountholders access the financial services they need. Through my collaborations with the Lending and IT teams, I learned about an interesting event called the Symitar® Educational Conference (SEC), now known as Jack Henry Connect.

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait
Fast forward 12 years, and now I’m a part of the Jack Henry Marketing team. What’s more … I was invited to participate in Jack Henry Connect 2023 in Indianapolis, and the timing could not have been better!
The conference, which brought banks and credit unions together under one roof the previous year, was even bigger and more impressive in its second year. Every moment was packed with engaging content and activities. The agenda was stacked with sessions covering a wide range of topics from technology and IT to industry updates and trends.
I had the chance to attend various sessions and meet hundreds of professionals from financial institutions nationwide. It was evident the conference offers exceptional opportunities for learning and growth for financial institutions – and nearly everyone working for a bank or credit union.
From roundtables to tech halls, main stage sessions, and more, the opportunity to network and forge valuable connections is available everywhere. In 2023, I got to kick a field goal and throw a football around the field of Lucas Oil Stadium and attend a big party at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
