The Changemaker Award:

  • Georgia United Credit Union harnessed the power of SymXchange™, Banno™, and PowerOn® to streamline processes, saving 3.75 hours per day in card orders while improving member experiences.
  • IncredibleBank applied Banno and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance customer service responsiveness, reducing the time it takes to address Spanish-speaking inquiries by around 30%.

The Integrator Award:

  • DoubleCheck Solutions is recognized for helping financial institutions modernize their NSF and overdraft practices, giving consumers more control.
  • FINBOA received accolades for its Payment Disputes solution, leading to a 90% reduction in processing efforts and improved efficiencies.

5. Moov: A Game Changer for SMBs


The announcement of the collaboration with Moov is particularly exciting for our community banks and credit unions.

This new cloud-native service will allow small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to accept payments effortlessly and receive funds the same day. In a recent press release, Wade Arnold, co-founder of Moov, said the digital payments solution will enhance the ability for community and regional financial institutions to serve (and simplify the experience for) small business accountholders.

"We look forward to working with Jack Henry to modernize payments for SMBs through community and regional financial institutions," Arnold said. "This solution will provide many benefits to SMBs, including one-click enrollment, automated itemized transaction processing and reconciliation, instant balance transfers from linked accounts to cover same-day transaction needs, and an integrated payment relationship with the financial institution."

Think about the potential to capture higher SMB deposits: in 2023, the SMB market was valued at $370 billion. As 78% of financial institutions plan to expand services for SMBs, including payments and merchant services, your ability to offer streamlined solutions could be key to capturing more deposits and strengthening SMB relationships.
